Almost everything at In Out Parcel happens by email: arrival notices with your pickup PIN, payment receipts, storage reminders, and verification links. If those land in your spam folder, you’ll miss packages sitting ready for you. Two minutes of setup prevents that.
The Addresses to Safelist
support@inoutparcel.com— arrival notices, PINs, receipts, reminders, and all account emails.signing@inoutparcel.com— identity-verification and Form 1583 signing emails.
The simplest approach on most providers: safelist the whole inoutparcel.com domain, or just add both addresses to your contacts.
Gmail
- Open any email from us (check Spam if needed) and click Not spam if it’s there.
- Hover over the sender name → Add to contacts.
- For a guarantee: click the search bar → Show search options, enter
inoutparcel.comin From, click Create filter, and tick Never send it to Spam.
Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live
- Click the gear icon → Settings → Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter
inoutparcel.com(or both addresses above). - Save.
Apple Mail / iCloud
- iPhone/iPad/Mac: if one of our emails is in Junk, open it and tap Move to Inbox (or Not Junk) — Mail learns from this. Then add
support@inoutparcel.comto your Contacts; Mail treats contacts as trusted senders. - iCloud.com webmail: open the message in Junk and click Not Junk, then add us to Contacts.
Shaw (shaw.ca)
- Sign in at webmail.shaw.ca.
- Open any email from us in the Junk folder and mark it Not Spam.
- Add
support@inoutparcel.comto your Contacts (Address Book) — Shaw’s filtering trusts your contacts.
Telus (telus.net)
Telus email runs on Google’s platform, so it works like Gmail:
- Sign in to Telus webmail, check Spam for our emails, and click Not spam on any you find.
- Add
support@inoutparcel.comto contacts, or create a filter forinoutparcel.comwith Never send it to Spam (search options → Create filter).
