“This is the best parcel pickup location I have ever used. It's incredibly convenient to be able to access the automated lockers 24/7. I normally go to Point Roberts later in the evening to avoid any highway or border traffic. The email notification system and automated lockers make picking up and sending out packages very easy. Occasionally I have to return something to Amazon and I just package it up with the shipping label, leave it in one of the lockers, email the staff, and it's picked up and given to the courier the next day. When a package is too large to fit into a locker and I cannot come during business hours, the staff will transfer it to one of two larger rooms for me to pick up after business hours. Such great service! For the few times I have been in during the day the staff are super friendly and always helpful.”
