“My last parcel pickup/shipping company in Point Roberts changed ownership and the service and accuracy really dropped. So I started looking for a new one. In Out Parcel had almost perfect five star reviews but they looked almost too good to be true. (many companies manipulate their reviews nowadays) Plus they are open 24 hrs which is a huge plus. Now after dealing with them for the last six months, I get it. This really is a five star company in every way. I almost always deal with Angela and she is amazing. I only come in late at night which means all my communication is with phone or email. And I always seem to have special requests, which can be tricky when you are not dealing face to face. But no matter what I ask, she always has a solution while providing consistent communication (with pictures) as to when things are received or sent out. But even better than her service is just how cheerful she always is. Nothing is ever a problem or inconvenience to her and speaking with her is guaranteed to brighten your day.”
