“Office hours M-F 10-4:30 and Saturday 10-3 if you need to speak to an executive or sign a waiver form. We reached Nick of time and filled all the forms online. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. She suggested we fuel up as gas is cheaper in states. Will add detailed review when I ship items and pickup. Clean and well maintained storage. Did not find washrooms though but plenty of gas stations around,”

I have used this business for years without a single issue, the way it is set up is perfect compared to the old days of getting in lines. “I made an order to Point Roberts and had to send a return back, however the company I ordered from gave no return label or instructions, so I had to leave my parcel in the locker and ask the team at In Out Parcel for assistance. Angela helped me every step of the way, packaging it up SO secure, getting me a USPS return label and reassuring me over the phone it was all taken care of. She even followed up with me when I had some more questions. She was so incredibly helpful and made it so much easier than it could've been. I'm so grateful to her and the team and I highly recommend using In Out Parcel :-) Also, in May 2022, no COVID test needed to cross to Point Roberts by land, and don't forget to complete your Arrive-Can when crossing back over to Canada at Boundary Bay!”
