“I got delays from a manufacturer wherein I needed the package so soon. It was the best decision and part of planning that I used InOut services. Especially for time-sensitive packages that you could pick up anytime outside business hours. I’m so glad and grateful from the help and support I received from InOut team. I got my package on time, and it was hassle-free retrieving it. I will be using their services again in the future.”

“This is my new parcel place in PR, since point2point closed down. I love the convenience of 24/7 access to retrieve my parcels and the fact that they have change rooms if you need to try stuff on. What I don't like is that rather than charging people daily storage, they charge a whole additional storage fee of $4.25/$5.75/$8.00, but you only get an additional 7 days?!? Unless I'm not understanding their website correctly...”

Thank you for taking the time to give InOut a happy review. Hopefully in the future we can give the 5 star service that we strive for. Yes we have dressing rooms, free WIFI, and 24 hour pickup. Please be aware that all parcels received are given two free weeks of storage for pickup. The $4.25/$5.75/$8.00 costs that you refer to is the "Receiving cost" depending on weight/size. We then provide 2 weeks of storage time to pickup the parcel. InOut will also send you a friendly reminder email before your two weeks is up in order to help you avoid the an extended fee from hitting your account if the item(s) remain here longer than the two weeks provided. Additionally, all customers can add authorized people to pick up on there behalf as a convenience. InOut also provides mail forwarding services if an individual has a hard time picking the item up. I am pretty sure it was Angela, but maybe it was Kevin or Dave. Hopefully it was Kevin? Everyone loves Angela so I am hoping to get some of the shared love :)

“Very convenient spot to pick up parcels shipped from the US. Just note that they are no longer open 24 hours a day. Update: there is a sign in the window that states open and closed hours but these are only for staff in attendance behind the desk - hence the confusion. As per the owners comment, the rest of the building is open 24 hours :)”

“I love the convenience of In Out Parcel, and being able to pick up my parcel 24/7. The automated locked system is well implemented and I love being able to pay at the pickup terminals with credit card, or Apple Pay. Receiving costs may be higher than some, but I'll happily spend a little more for the convince as I am in and out (haha) in only a couple of minutes. The ability to leave parcels in a locker for return shipping is awesome. The staff have been really helpful and friendly on the odd occasion I need help from someone.”
