“Prompt and secure”

“Very convenient and clean parcel service location! The 24 hour self pick up is amazing! The staff is kind and helpful. There is a new addition to the facility! Now, the "unhappy INOUT guy" can play the keyboard when no one is looking. Oh, wait! He doesn't have arms!”

“Awesome service and smooth collection of the item. Love how I can pay at site before collecting the item. They even gave me a bigger locker at no extra cost. Thank you!”

“These guys are so awesome! I can’t believe I haven’t rated/reviewed after all these years but better late than never! Just wanted to thank you all for providing the incredible service you always do. Always nice to talk to you guys :) Seriously, this place has the best service of any establishment I’ve frequented in years, restaurants, cafes, other businesses etc. The staff are all super kind and occasionally funny 😆 😁 Conveniently located right after the border and lockers are easy to use. Facility is always neat and clean. Great work! Thank you for being here!”

“Super quick and easy to use and the staff are incredible. They’re always friendly, helpful and polite. Love this service. Thank you!!”

“1st timer. Staff is very friendly and helpful, didn't mean to eavesdrop but overheard them helping a customer out with great patience and knowledge about shippings. Was able to quickly locate my package. Storage/mail boxes seems very sturdy and clean.”

“Seamless parcel pickup.”

“I opened an In Out Parcel’s account for my dad when Point Roberts was the only accessible US mailbox available to Canadians during the Pandemic. Dad was a long time US resident who had moved into a full time care facility in Vancouver. The services provided by In Out Parcel had been excellent. After my father passed, Angela helped transition the account to me and resolved late payment due to my own negligence with compassion and understanding. Angela, you are amazing! Based on my experience, In Out Parcel is a business deserving of all its 5 star reviews.”

“First time using In&Out - super simple, fast, and friendly service. I had a quick question about after hours availability and the verification process and the person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. It took maybe 2 minutes total to pay at the kiosk, find my locker, and retrieve my package. The instructions are very clear. Thank you!”

“Advanced! Perfect service, closest location near to boarder”
