“I live in BC and several times a year I would drive down to Washington to post international parcels through the USPS in Point Roberts. The staff at the USPS seem to lack ‘plain ol’ good customer service’, and after another difficult interaction with the USPS staff, I decided to pack up the parcels and go back to Canada. Then, I stopped into In Out Parcel, located on Tyee Drive just before the border crossing. What a pleasant surprise! I had the good fortune to meet Angela, a most pleasant and welcoming individual, who willingly and without hesitation answered all my questions, listened to my mutterings and sad tales of the USPS and provided the most efficient parcel shipping services around, always with an abundance of humanity and a smile! I now have all my parcels sent to the In Out Parcel where I know I can go 24/7 for pick up or annoy Angela, or the rest of the staff, throughout the week. I continue to send parcels, with nary a rude comment, nor has there been any problems with the two or more dozen parcels I sent overseas. Great shipping services, great customer service, safe and secure lockers and easy access. What else could you ask for! Thank you, Angela and the rest of the gang! It is always a pleasure.”

Prices are reasonable and you get email notifications that your packages have arrived. It’s exactly like those Amazon lockers.”
