“amazing place! literally right over the border! I started receiving packages and it was much cheaper to get it shipped here ! thank you so much !! they were also super kind when I went in and after opening my lockers they even brought it to me because I was standing there being silly and didn't here it open as they were likely reloading many of the lockers! amazing place”

“I’ve been using In Out Parcel for many years and they’re absolutely amazing. So incredibly efficient being able to run in, punch your number in the terminal and the locker opens up. It’s that easy! And they’re literally about 15 seconds from the border. Staff are always super friendly if you ever need help. Highly recommended!”

“Super efficient service, used it for the very first time and it’s just couple of minute away from the border. Was able to pick up my first package with no hassle outside their office hours, accepts Canadian CC to pay, lots of parking outside. In and Out in less than 5 minutes with my parcel, highly recommend it.”

All these features are free (no extra cost) because we love your smiles :) InOut Parcel offers Many extra features no other establishment on the Point Offers. And let's save the best for last. Our Customer Service rating is the Highest in Point Roberts because we care. Woot.

“2016 was the first time I used In Out Parcel. Back then, I remembered I had to go in and talk to the front desk to pick up my package. Fast forward to 2024, they have pick up lockers and pin to access the facility 24/7. What an upgrade! Great facility, never had a package lost, reasonably priced. Saved me so much on shipping fee, and allowed me to get products that only ships to the US! Definitely recommend!”

“Best parcel pick up in Point Roberts. Convenient, amazing customer service, reasonably priced. Nothing is better then 24/7 lockers. If you can't sleep and feel like picking up your parcel at 3am you can go right ahead. What could be more convenient then that. And if you decide to go during regular business hours you might run into Angela and Kevin and they are both FABULOUS!”

Yes, we love InOut. Fun environment, and wonderful customers. Our goal is that the entire vibe at InOut Parcel is 5 star :) But... what could be more "convenient" than that? I'd love an A&W Breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns at 3:00am. to go along with it. Doesn't that sound amazing?
