How Consolidation Saves You Money

Shipping costs are driven by the number of boxes, not the number of items.

Without consolidation

3 separate orders = 3 separate shipments to Canada. You pay shipping, brokerage, and customs processing fees three times.

3 × shipping fees

With consolidation

3 orders combined into 1 box. One shipment, one brokerage fee, one customs entry. Same items, fraction of the cost.

1 × shipping fee

Frequently Asked Questions

What is package consolidation?

Consolidation means combining two or more packages into a single shipment. Instead of paying separate shipping fees for each order, you pay once for the combined package — often saving 30-60% on cross-border shipping.

How do I request consolidation?

In the portal, select the packages you want combined when creating a forwarding request. Our staff repack them into the smallest possible box and quote the combined shipment.

Is there an extra fee for consolidation?

Yes. Consolidation is a repack — we open your packages, pack them into one box and seal it — and that takes staff time, so a consolidation fee applies on top of the receiving fee for each package and the forwarding rate for the combined shipment. Packing materials (boxes, tape, fill) are included in it. The current fee is on our rates page and is shown before you submit.

Can I consolidate packages from different stores?

Yes — that is the whole point. Order from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and anywhere else. We hold everything at your address until you are ready to ship it all in one box.

How long will you hold packages while I wait for more to arrive?

Storage is included for 14 days per package, then renews in 7-day cycles. Most customers accumulate orders over a week or two, then consolidate and forward.

Do you remove original packaging?

Yes. We remove retail boxes and excess packaging to reduce size and weight. If you need original packaging preserved (e.g. collector items), note it on the forwarding request.
