Your In Out Parcel account works on a simple prepaid balance: fees are deducted as packages arrive, and your credit never expires. There are no monthly fees — you only ever pay for what you actually receive. Here’s every way to top up.
Interac e-Transfer — 0% Fees (Cheapest)
Send any amount to etransfer@inoutparcel.com from your account email and it credits automatically, usually within ~30 minutes. No processing fees, and the currency conversion is close to the market rate. Full walkthrough: How to add funds by Interac e-Transfer.
Card — Instant
- In the portal: open Add Funds, pick an amount, and pay with a saved or new card. Credit is instant.
- At the pickup terminal: if you owe a balance when collecting a package, the RED, BLUE, or GREEN terminal takes your card right there.
- At the counter: during staffed hours, pay by card in person.
One thing to know if your card is Canadian: your bank typically adds ~2–3% to convert USD to CAD on card payments. That’s their fee, not ours — and it’s the main reason e-Transfer works out cheaper.
Cash — at the Counter
We accept cash at the service counter during staffed hours.
Do I Have to Prepay?
No. You can pay the exact amount at the terminal or counter each time instead. Prepaying just makes pickup smoother — your PIN works whenever your balance is zero or positive, and if your balance drops below $0 your PIN is disabled until you top up.
