Interac e-Transfer is the cheapest way to load your In Out Parcel account — 0% fees, no card processing costs, and it’s fully automatic. You send it; we match it to your account and credit it. There’s nothing to confirm and no reference number to type.
How It Works
- Send an Interac e-Transfer to
etransfer@inoutparcel.comfrom your bank, for any amount. - Send it from your account email. We match incoming transfers by the email they’re sent from — if it’s the email you log in with, the match is automatic.
- We convert it and credit your wallet. Your CAD arrives, we convert it to USD at close to the market rate (cards typically cost ~2–3% more), and the credit lands in your account — usually within about 30 minutes.
- You get a confirmation email showing the CAD received, the exchange rate, and the USD credited.
The Add Funds page in the portal has a built-in calculator that shows roughly how much CAD to send for the USD amount you want. The number is an estimate at today’s exchange rate — round up; any extra simply stays as account credit and never expires.
Sending From a Different Email?
Some people’s bank e-Transfer profile uses a different email than their In Out Parcel login. That’s fine — you just need to link it once, first:
- Go to Payment Methods → Pay by e-Transfer in the portal.
- Click Add email and enter the address your bank sends from.
- Click the confirmation link we email to that address.
Once linked, transfers from that email match to your account automatically too. If you send from an email we don’t recognize, the transfer isn’t lost — it just waits for staff to match it by hand, which delays your credit.

- No password or security question is needed — our account uses Interac Autodeposit.
- Credit never expires, and there are no monthly fees.
- Need funds instantly (you’re at the counter now)? Pay by card or cash instead — e-Transfer takes ~30 minutes.
