“I miss this place and Point Roberts. Don't miss paying for additional tariffs and taxes though. Cost of goods to import are expensive now. US residents are hit with higher inflation than Canadians except for beef. It used to be cheap to pickup packages here especially with the previous owners. It's almost worth it to get a PO Box at USPS instead if you actively import. CBSA will almost always charge you taxes et al. But do you feel lucky? And due to the political climate and Canadian currency we're avoiding PR. 😔”

“This is my new parcel place in PR, since point2point closed down. I love the convenience of 24/7 access to retrieve my parcels and the fact that they have change rooms if you need to try stuff on. What I don't like is that rather than charging people daily storage, they charge a whole additional storage fee of $4.25/$5.75/$8.00, but you only get an additional 7 days?!? Unless I'm not understanding their website correctly...”

“Purchased a US P.0 box a few months ago for easier and more cost effective US shipping and receiving. Located in point Robert’s so it’s very quick and easy with no wait to cross the border”

“I have picked up about 6 or 8 parcels at InOutParcel, and most of them went well. However, they messed up on my last parcel and strangely assigned it to someone else even though it had my name and address on it. They put the parcel in a locker for someone else to pick up. Fortunately for me, this other person contacted me later and arranged to drop off the parcel to me. What I found especially nonprofessional was that InOut Parcel not only did not apologize to me. They charged me their regularly rate without any discount compensation for their mistake, even though they almost lost my package which was worth $60 USD.”

“Fair prices, extremely close to the border and they respond very quickly to any customer service enquiries. 24 hour service by keypad entry makes it a 5 star experience. Only reason I'd have to say 4 stars...... Even though the good people of Point Roberts have asked repeatedly for an exemption during the pandemic, and finally, far too late, our Canadian government granted one. The US border guards...well.. . If you want to come by late, say 3 am., not all, but some really don't appreciate being bothered by some Canadian traveller, and they will happily share their feelings about your travel times. Almost as if to say, "don't you dare try this again" .... Can't say Im a fan of the attitude and as a result will most certainly go back to using the truck crossing in Blaine to my regular parcel pickup as they are accustomed to 24 hr traffic.. Sorry in and out parcel.... You have an excellent buisness and the friendly people of Point Roberts, our neighbours, deserve better. They suffered horribly by being locked in a tiny penisula for no science based reason and I want to give them my buisness to see them flourish again. But it only takes 1 or 2 bad experiences from folks with tremendous authority to make one shy away permanently.”
