“Excellent !!! Very convenient. I have good experiences with this service. The employee who was very helpful and patient to teach you how to open the locker within 24 hours 7 days. I would much appreciate.”
Response from In Out Parcel
Thank you so much for the kind words! Glad the team could show you how the lockers work.
“I've been using In and Out for over 6 years now and can say they are hands down the BEST shipping place in Point Roberts. The locker system is so smart because it allows you to go pick up your packages even if no one is at the counter (and avoid long border line ups by going at off times). Being able to prepay online or at the machines is super convenient and there's lots of parking outside the building. The staff are friendly and have always been extremely helpful over the phone.”

Thank you so much for the kind words, Nicole!
“24 hour service. I am in and out of point Robert in 12 minutes including fueling up at the nearby gas station. It's basically free if you gas up in Point Roberts”
Response from In Out Parcel
I love the DCA of gas and parcel pick-up. Can I add, the gas was 11 minutes and InOut Parcel pickup was 60 seconds? :)
“Always quick and easy. They helped me process a return with ease, even when they were closed, thanks to the 24/7 lockers. So convenient!”

“Love the convenience of In Out Parcel. No lines. So simple. I get an email with a code, walk in, punch in the code, the locker opens and I’m out. In and out. An aptly named well run business.”
Response from In Out Parcel
I had a laugh with a customer recently. they arrived while I was filing, and they were leaving with their package literally 45 seconds later. I said "Hey, you should be our commercial". They replied In Out :)
“This place is amazing ! Love the lockers and after hours ! Just disappointed fees have increased so much. *Edit, well played inout, because of your response and classic humor I have increased to 5 stars. If only you knew how much I loved tacos .”

Hello M L :) Appreciate the "Amazing". Glad you can take advantage of the 24/7 pick-up availability. InOut Parcel has been in service for 10 years in Point Roberts, and has had only 1 price adjustment of .50 cents. I think the only thing that beats us in having less inflation is 2 Jack in the Box Tacos for .99 Cents if you catch them on sale. Hopefully our service level can get you up to a 5 star rating :) Anther positive is there is NO TAX on your pick-up. Pretty Nice!
“So easy to deal with! Prices are fair, great communication and have never had any issues with missing parcels. I would definitely recommend using In Out Parcel!”

“First time using the service today (live in New Westminster and went around 4am). The 24/7 automated lockers are easy to use and super convenient. Registration and verification process was very straightforward. Used the suggested shipping address specific to my account and received emails when they processed my packages into their lockers.”
