I had a laugh with a customer recently. they arrived while I was filing, and they were leaving with their package literally 45 seconds later. I said "Hey, you should be our commercial". They replied In Out :)

Hello M L :) Appreciate the "Amazing". Glad you can take advantage of the 24/7 pick-up availability. InOut Parcel has been in service for 10 years in Point Roberts, and has had only 1 price adjustment of .50 cents. I think the only thing that beats us in having less inflation is 2 Jack in the Box Tacos for .99 Cents if you catch them on sale. Hopefully our service level can get you up to a 5 star rating :) Anther positive is there is NO TAX on your pick-up. Pretty Nice!

“First time using the service today (live in New Westminster and went around 4am). The 24/7 automated lockers are easy to use and super convenient. Registration and verification process was very straightforward. Used the suggested shipping address specific to my account and received emails when they processed my packages into their lockers.”

The customer service they provided—explanations, care, and extra details/tips—was excellent and so helpful. For example, one of the tips they provided was to open the box to check if the order was the correct size. They also informed me that at the Canadian border, I might be asked to open the box. Opening it here would save time and hassle. As a first-timer, I would never have thought of this. These tips made passing the border so easy and fast. Thank you. I received good care and I am happy with my experience. I recommend using In Out Parcel.”
