“The 24/7 parcel locker service is great, but an extra 3.75USD on top of the 3.75USD receiving fee is required to open the lockers. It can get a bit expensive!”

For clarification, locker access is FREE since the beginning. We charge receiving fee once per package starting at $3.75. For your account, you paid $7.50 for two packages. Feel free to contact us direct if you have additional Qs on the pricing. All the fees are posted on our website as well.

“If the customer care phone service was as good as the self service....this would be a high 5 star rating from me! No point in calling, they always try to direct you to email them, unless you make it clear you just want a quick answer. I try to always do self serve here. It is amazing and super easy! Just set up an account (if your not from the U.S., I recommend you set it up AND put money on it before hitting up the U.S. so you do not have to worry about using data while your there). When you ship your items there you get personal codes and can go 24 hours a day to retrieve them in their special lockers. I posted photos. Super clean and 30 seconds from the boarder!”

Hi Micaela, Thanks for the feedback. We are working on providing better phone service as we increase our staff count, however, most of the questions/requests regarding package handling (such as arranging for evening pickup in BIG LOCKER, package consolidation, package forwarding, moving package to and from shelve/locker, checking for sender information on a package, missing package check, can only be addressed via email as we need to track the requests.) In regards to general questions such as office hours, fees, pickup process, new account setup/signup, you can get most of the answers on the website. Feel free to contact us via email and we will thrive to respond within 4 business hours. You can almost call us if there is something that is urgent or out of the norm. Regards, Dave
