“Quick and easy to set up an account. The best part is having access to your parcels in their locker storage 24/7. You can pre-load your account so you dont have to worry about paying everytime you go to pick up a parcel. You aren't restricted to picking up during business hours and it's location from the border makes your visit short and sweet (roughly 10-20 minutes at the point of crossing over, parking, pick up parcel, drive back and through into Canada). Prices are cheaper than other's in the area too (TSB Shipping S parcel storage fee $4USD, In and Out S parcel storage fee $3.25).”

Staff are professional and friendly and go above and beyond to aid to the best of their abilities but the system is brilliant and flawless. Shopping with more selection and better deals online (plus not dragging your kids through stores) saves money and time; returns are made effortless here too. And going to Point Roberts for cheap gas is a bonus.”

When we forward packages to our customer, we do not open or repackage the box unless specifically requested by our customer via email (hence we would have records of the request). The discrepancy in product count is a conflict between you (the seller) and our customer (the buyer). A matter that is best handled on the eBay platform.
