“Great fast service and very helpful staff”

“In Out Parcel does what they say they will do. They are within walking distance of the boarder, so you don't need to drive across. And all the packages are put in lockers so you can get them 24hrs. The first time you use them you will probably have to go during business hours or fill out a form online and send it to them to use the lockers. They are the same price as the other places in town. But 24hrs makes them better.”

“Being able to go down and collect my packages at 1AM after work is fantastic. No border line to deal with at that time. I can now reload my account credit online with my credit card, too, so I never need to go visit them during business hours. Their website is really good, and the directions for using their door/lockers are straightforward and easy to follow. I've never had any issues, and they're a tiny bit cheaper than other receivers in Point Roberts.”

“Great system. Really not sure how I would improve it ? One possibility would be if I get multiple items in if they can add them to the same locker ? I'd even be ok paying the same per-item fee as it would save me time. (plus it would save some locker space for them). Oh,..and maybe when you enter your accesscode when it tells you your locker number it could also show a little map of the building with an x marking the spot. (although 95% of the time its super obvious) I can't imagine going back to the old days of bad opening hours, lineups, and hassle.”

“Very close to the border crossing. Can even walk from the Canadian side if there is a big lineup. The locker system works well. It is easy to register on the website. No fees other than the handling fees for each package.”
