“i dont usually write reviews unless i've received more than excellent customer service than i would expect but damn these guys are amazing. USPS delivers my parcel pretty much an hour before closing and ofc i dont expect it to be processed until the next day but as an eager customer i kindly email in to ask them if it can be processed before they close and if not, then thats ok. A few min after emailing them they respond... ummm... its a saturday afternoon and im sure they should be bombarded with customers wanting to pick stuff up? Long story short, a couple of emails back and forth and BAM its in my locker ready for pickup. How crazy fast is that for a weekend.”

“Absolutely the best US Box service available. It is 110% worth signing up for an account. I have been shipping items to point roberts for years now. I have always been annoyed by the lines at the boarder, and lines to pick up my parcel. In Out allows me to cross the boarder in the middle of the night. Or a Friday night and pick everything up hassle free. The prices are the same as any other parcel place, and I can come at anytime. I recently used their oversized locker. Incredible convenience and service they offer. I will not use anyone else.”
