“Clear instruction to retrieve the parcel, impossible to miss, reasonable price, inform right away when InOut received the parcel”

“Exactly as advertised.”

“Amazing. So easy. Just try it once and compare for yourself.”

“This place is so convenient! Very close to the border. The name is very appropriate. I really was in and out in a minute! I used to use a different parcel service but you had to be there during their store hours which were too restrictive for me. In out is nice because you can go any time.”

“Picked up a package from In Out Parcel over the weekend and it was so fast and easy! Not only do you get a notification email telling you that your parcel has arrived, you get a unique PIN code to retrieve your parcel in their locker system that's open 24/7. Excellent experience, will be back again.”

“A very professional operation . No long line-up to get served, as pick up is available 24 hours a day through coded bins and access to the premises. A very unique and well thought out service and hopefully should become a leader in the parcel service in the area”

“Slick, modern, the best service I have every experienced. Once you've had 24/7 service like this, at a reasonable cost, you won't be going anywhere else. Well done!!”

“Fantastic service!”

“10/10 would pick up package again.”

“In out parcel is by far the best parcel receiving service out there. No line up, everything is done online which makes it very easy and fast. So glad there's a parcel receiving service like this one in Point Roberts.”

“These guys are absolutely amazing!!! On my way to INOUT Parcel I see other parcel outlets with huge lines outside. But never @ INOUT! (you can pickup your package 24/7) Their setup is WAY better than The Letter Carrier (former business @ this address). The customer service is top notch, the package is processed almost right away after being delivered. Great work INOUT Parcel, keep up the amazing service!”

“In Out Parcel was responsive to questions and very helpful with settting me up to use their 24/7 automated locker pick-up system. Great service at a reasonable price!”
