The parcel center is so conveniently close to the border, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even when I felt like I might be bothering them with too many questions, they paused what they were doing and reassured me: “You can ask however many questions you have.” The whole pickup process was unbelievably quick and easy—so smooth from start to finish.
