“As a girlie who loves to shop and hates Canadian import fees, I've used In Out Parcel many times over the past year! It's always so easy and quick, and I've recommended them to multiple friends! Thanks In Out :)”
Response from In Out Parcel
we have much in common. i think girlie's are awesome. i am not of fan of import fees at all! i have worked at InOut for 3 years. this place is magical. and i recommend it to everyone.
“In out parcel is such a blessing to the people of Vancouver. 😌🙏 Having a US address over a PO box address helps saves shipping costs/fees for when a online shop has cheaper or free shipping within the USA. As sending to Canada is kinda expensive and some stores don't ship to PO boxes. One more big benefit is that I can now buy items from shops that don't ship to Canada and pick it up from In out parcel. So easy 🙂 Will continue using their service for the foreseeable future. Also like that they're open for parcel pick up anytime as I typically go past 12am.”

“The email notifications are great. The place is always there, and I’ve never had a problem. It’s kind of magic how it all works.”

You just used a key word that I too always use about InOut, "Magic". InOut Parcel has like the Disneyland Magic in Point Roberts! Thanks Josh.

i love how you listed "helpful staff" first. yes i believe the 24/7 pickup is amazing, but even with all the extras available... what good is a product or service without a happy staff that believes in 5 star service? thank you werewolf :) and stay away from little red riding hood. she deserves a break.
“Fantastic service. The team at In Out Parcel are communicative, proactive, and do a great job in making package pick up convenient.”

Kevin, Angela, and Zach thank you very much for the kind words. We love InOut Parcel. It is Magical :)
“I can’t say enough great things about In Out Parcel—they make cross-border package pickup and returns an absolute breeze! Their team consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, ensuring every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. From quick locker access to seamless returns, they handle everything with professionalism and care. The team’s willingness to go the extra mile—whether it’s assisting with shipping labels, providing package photos, or just making the process as easy as possible—is what truly sets them apart. Zach helped me via email and then again in person, and his friendliness and efficiency were so appreciated and a part of why I send all of my packages here. If you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free way to receive and return packages in Point Roberts, In Out Parcel is the best! I highly recommend them and will continue using their services.”

Did you by chance mean "Kevin". Angela might when she reads this, but I for sure would.

The unbelievably prompt responses are probably Angela. She has some weird sense of happiness responding to support requests in a Heroic time frame.
