“I'm a Canadian from Vancouver, BC. The account setup and verification process were smooth! Additionally, customer service is wonderful. Their website is so informative as well. To new future patrons, your account number is the given STE#. In Out Parcel is so convenient and flexible for my availability, which is a huge plus—they can even store my goods for a long period of time. I arrived during the staff hours and the front desk clerk unlocked all of the lockers for me & printed out the locker locations and PINs (didn't need those codes, ofc). Also, they also have a table & cutting tool provided—for sorting out your parcels and slicing them open. ▪︎ To Canadians who had never visited Point Roberts, USE THE CUTTING TOOL or bring your own! ▪︎ You will need to pre-cut them open for the Canadian border port of entry, or you may get chastised—beware (I've submitted a different review on the Canadian port of entry border if anybody wants to read on the details of my personal experience).”

“I miss this place and Point Roberts. Don't miss paying for additional tariffs and taxes though. Cost of goods to import are expensive now. US residents are hit with higher inflation than Canadians except for beef. It used to be cheap to pickup packages here especially with the previous owners. It's almost worth it to get a PO Box at USPS instead if you actively import. CBSA will almost always charge you taxes et al. But do you feel lucky? And due to the political climate and Canadian currency we're avoiding PR. 😔”
