“I have picked up about 6 or 8 parcels at InOutParcel, and most of them went well. However, they messed up on my last parcel and strangely assigned it to someone else even though it had my name and address on it. They put the parcel in a locker for someone else to pick up. Fortunately for me, this other person contacted me later and arranged to drop off the parcel to me. What I found especially nonprofessional was that InOut Parcel not only did not apologize to me. They charged me their regularly rate without any discount compensation for their mistake, even though they almost lost my package which was worth $60 USD.”

Update: there is a sign in the window that states open and closed hours but these are only for staff in attendance behind the desk - hence the confusion. As per the owners comment, the rest of the building is open 24 hours :)”
